Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach (LSCC) Quality Innovation is responding to a proposal request. Quality Innovation, Inc. is seeking National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) or by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC)

LSCCs will work as part of the H2F Performance Team to develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive, periodized education and services program integrated and synchronized with the BDE and Battalion (BN) training calendars Success is determined by the ability of the BDE to perform its combat mission LSCCs will perform services IAW the National Strength and Conditioning
